What data we collect and why
- Contact form and email: name, email, phone (optional) and your message. We use them only to reply and, if you ask, to prepare a quote. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Technical browsing data: the servers hosting the site automatically log data such as IP address and the date and time of requests, for security and to keep the site working. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We never use your data for newsletters, advertising or profiling, and we never sell it.
How long we keep it
Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting work, and in any case no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless the law (e.g. tax rules) requires longer.
Who processes the data
The website hosting provider and the email service, as data processors, only as far as needed to run the site and receive messages.
Cookies and third-party tools
This site only uses technical cookies, which don’t require consent:
- pll_language: remembers your chosen language (Italian or English). Duration: 1 year.
- Theme preference (browser local storage): remembers whether you chose day or night mode. It is never sent to any server.
We don’t use analytics or profiling cookies. Fonts are hosted on the site itself, with no connection to Google Fonts.
YouTube videos: videos are embedded in “privacy-enhanced mode” (youtube-nocookie.com). YouTube may set cookies only once you start playback; in that case Google’s privacy policy applies.
WhatsApp, Instagram and other social networks: links take you to those services, which apply their own policies once you open them.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format (Arts. 15–22 GDPR), by writing to info@alessiorollo.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
